Used Pianos Dan the Piano Man is the Inland Northwest's preferred place for piano service, storage and moving. Now, we are pleased to be the area's premiere on-line used piano showroom. Each instrument is inspected and carries our promise for your full satisfaction. We can also ship your purchase locally or nationally.



 
 
 
To Consign Your Piano With Dan the Piano Man:
Used Pianos
  1. Call Dan @ (509)922-1085.
  2. We will ask for a description of your piano, including questions about cabinet condition, key condition, brand age, and tunability. We will also ask about the price you would like to place on the instrument.
  3. The cost of moving the piano to Dan's facility is paid for by the seller. Any necessary repairs and tuning are done on-site.
  4. A consignment contract is mailed to the customer declaring the instrument's selling price and Dan's consignment fee.
  5. The piano is now for sale. A picture and description will be posted on our website in the Used Piano Showroom and it will be available for customers to try out and see in our actual showroom until it is sold.

Spinet Pianos:
Spinet Pianos Spinet pianos are the smallest of pianos, measuring between 36" - 39" in height. These pianos produce a beautiful sound without taking up much valuable space.
Console Pianos:
 For a more resonant sound without sacrificing space efficiency, the Console pianos make an excellent choice. Typical Consoles stand between 40" - 43" in height.                                                                                                                                                                            
 
 Studio Pianos:  
The Studio is the largest of the space-efficient Upright pianos. Standing between 44" - 48", the Studio piano is the best sound available without moving to the full-sized Upright models.                                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                                                                                
Full Size Upright Pianos:  
The most beautiful sounding of upright pianos are the formal Uprights. Standing between 49" - 52" in height (small uprights) and 53" - 56" (big uprights), these instruments aren't for small rooms, but have incredible sound quality.

Player Pianos For those that love to listen to their pianos as much as they enjoy playing their pianos, Player pianos provide an excellent source for entertainment.

 

Baby Grand/Grand Pianos:
Baby Grand/Grand Pianos By far, the most superior of pianos is the Baby Grand, Grand and Concert Grand pianos. Though made for spacious rooms, there is no better sound quality in a piano. Baby Grands typically measure 4 1/2' - 6' in length. Grand pianos range between 6' - 7' long and Concert Grands measure between 7' and 9'.
